By using Oposilab you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before creating your account.
1. Service description
Oposilab is a SaaS study platform for civil service exams that offers an AI conversational tutor, adaptive tests, mock exams, spaced repetition reviews, and access to the official syllabus. The service is available through a web browser.
2. Registration and account
To use Oposilab you need to create an account with your email. Access is through magic link (no password). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and not sharing access with third parties.
3. Plans and pricing
Oposilab offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan with full access. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are given for partial periods.
5. AI-generated content
The AI tutor and generated tests are study support tools. Although responses are based on the official syllabus from the BOE, they may contain errors. Oposilab does not guarantee that AI-generated content is completely accurate nor does it replace preparation with official materials.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, and brand of Oposilab are the property of its creators. Syllabus content comes from official public sources (BOE). Tests and materials generated by the platform are for the user's personal use and may not be redistributed.
7. Acceptable use
The following is not permitted: sharing your account with others, using bots or scrapers to extract content, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the service, or using the platform for purposes other than personal study.
8. Limitation of liability
Oposilab is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in passing an exam. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss due to causes beyond our control, or decisions made based on platform content.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
